Woohoo! We are entering the mixing, mastering, artwork-making, packing, and celebrating phases soon.
Here’s a quick video from a session when Ben Pasley secretly filmed the Fourth Circle crew as they did the “gang vocals,” a term we’ve come to use instead of choir, for “Mud Song.”
Hey yo! We are working hard at getting our new album, “Reckless,” done. Still on track to release it in June at Worship@8500 (go reserve your camp spots now at worshipat8500.com). I’m (Laurie) SO excited for it! Last night we put some crazy gang vocals with the whole 4th Circle crew–Karla, Ben and Robin, and Aaron–on a few songs, including Mud Song and the title track, “Reckless.” Seriously, it was so fun that I wish I were doing it again tonight. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time!
Anyway, here’s a new video for your viewing enjoyment. I’m off to record some lead vocals at Aaron’s house.
Making this video made me want to play this song more often. It’s an old one, but I love it. Enjoy!
